The third course, Compliance – Safeguarding, is provided by LSIS and does contain references to UK legislation.

The fourth course, Lifting and Handling Study and Assessment, has been designed particularly for those participating in Art Classes.

H&S - Back Safety

This free online course Back Safety training provides learners with useful information on how to take the relevant precautions against back injury at their place of work. This programme combines exercises within each module with a quiz at the end of each module.

H&S - Workstation Ergonomics

It is important for those who spend long periods of time working with computers to know about workstation ergonomics, also known as DSE.

This free online course demonstrates the recommended way to use computer equipment in a safe and healthy way. Given the widespread use of computers at work and beyond, this course is increasingly vital in today's world.

Workstation Ergonomics is originally from Commerical Development Product and published by Advance Learning and has a duration of 1-2 Hours for the average learner.

Compliance - Safeguarding

This course provides a flexible way of learning more about safeguarding and what organisations in the FE sector need to do to ensure all learners are kept safe. Using video, audio and Flash-based interactions the resource takes the user through four modules and also provides two assessments.
